Varden Technologies, Inc.

Provide software consulting, development, and implementation services to customers with a focus on the financial services industry.
Develop custom web-based reports in a multitude of different formats (HTML/ASP, Crystal, PDF) against a number of different data sources (MS SQL Server, MS Access, Sybase).
Integrated the Bloomberg Data License / API with the Charles River Development trading application as well as a web-based reporting and trading system data environment.
Assisted in the development of ProjectSafe.com, Varden Technologies' web-based project tracking and team collaboration software application. Developed the ProjectSafe.com website and acted as lead marketing contact for the development of all marketing collateral.
Created a custom COM component that accessed the Microsoft Project 2000 API and integrated MS Project with ProjectSafe, Varden Technologies' online project planning application.

Responsible for all aspects of designing and maintaining the corporate web site for Lexys, a point of sale software developer with an online web-based backend.
Lead a team in developing a complete redesign of the entire site, including all pages, input forms, graphics and navigation bars.
Implemented dynamicism into the website through interactive applications and feedback forms, form-check JavaScript, and interactive graphics.
Technologies used on the site include HTML, JavaScript, JSP, SQL (using MS SQL and ORACLE), and graphic design.

Serving as a consultant to the company’s CEO, my original function was to help develop and implement a strategic business plan in order to enhance company profitability and explore purchase/merger options.
Additionally, I have been responsible for assisting in the establishment and cultivation of new Internet and eCommerce initiatives.
Projects worked on include GolfDay.com (an eCommerce site), CyberSports Live (original-content live Internet Sports talk show), Doggiewasher.com, C’est Bon Café, and Talk America (eCommerce site featuring a diversified product line of goods and services).

Developed financial forecasts, reports, and analyses for GE’s small commercial turbofan division.

Conducted a series of first-time homebuyer seminars, personally responsible for all aspects of planning, advertising, material preparation, and presentation.
Developed and maintained a solid network of bank branches, real estate offices, Realtors, attorneys, accountant, human resource personnel, and other business professionals.
Other responsibilities included the taking of mortgage applications, qualifying borrowers for mortgage programs, supervising the processing of loans originated, and customer follow-up.
