Kendall-Consulting is a Boston-based, international management consulting firm whose mission is to help clients successfully manage change. KCG assists companies who are linking organizations, strategy, technology, people and processes.

Kendall-Consulting's original site was built in the earlier days of the Internet, and lacked many modern amenities such as JavaScript mouseover navigation, a non-repeating background, aesthetic graphics, and more.

To improve the site, all aspects of the site's "theme" was redesigned.  A new logo was created by LoudOffice.com and all aspects of the site's design- background, navigation buttons, logo, tagline, and section titles - were re-created from scratch.  The site was optimized for search engines and submitted.
